Finding the gold among the garbage

The world of wellness can be overwhelming and contradictory. At the same time, we are incredibly lucky to live during a time of new scientific discoveries, products, and gadgets that can provide us with incredible shortcuts to transform and enhance our lives! We are here to help you navigate and distinguish the gold from the garbage.

"Wake up at 4 AM." / "Get 10 hours of sleep."

"Eat one meal per day." / "Don't eat too much at once."

"Vitamin D is crucial." / "Vitamin supplements are expensive urine."

Which is it? Here in the Wellness Wormhole, we do the research,  read the reviews, and test products so you don't have to. There is nothing worse than investing in your health and wellbeing only to realize you have wasted your hard-earned money. Let us help you navigate the murky waters by presenting tried and trusted recommendations.

On the way to wellness

After being plagued by chronic health issues and finding simple solutions my doctors were not even aware of to be far more effective, I became hooked on looking into the latest technology, gadgets, and lifestyle adjustments that I could use to address my health issues. I was spending hours upon hour researching and comparing suggestions, studies, and products that promised to help me live a healthier, better, more balanced life. My friends began to ask me for recommendations and lists of the products that actually worked and had evidence behind them from top practitioners. After sending identical texts to 15 friends within a week on what I had found actually improved sleep and hearing how grateful they were for short, sweet breakdowns of what actually works, I felt that my time delving down various rabbit-holes was being put to good use for my friends and family. That's why I created the Wellness Wormhole - to share my findings  more easily and widely.

Drinking from the firehose

Even if you're like me and have an insatiable appetite for the latest books, podcasts, and articles on health and wellness developments, we only have 24 hours in a day. Unfortunately this means that most of us don't have the 100+ hours needed to follow all of the latest wellness podcasts, scientific journals, and the latest research outcomes on top of our busy lives. We just need to know the core takeaways that we can implement in our lives. Do we really need to listen to a full 2 hour podcast to learn that we should drink green tea, or wear an eye mask to sleep?

Join me through the wormhole, where I break down all of the critical news and recommendations from experts into simple actions so you can make the most of your money and take advantage of these advancements in your busy life. Wherever possible we will include references to further details for full transparency.
